Use of Website This site provides information about yoga classes and related wellness services. Content is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. 2. Eligibility By using this site or attending any in‑person class, you confirm that: - You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. - You are physically able to participate in yoga or movement-based activities. 3. Health & Safety Yoga and movement-based practices involve physical activity and carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge that: - You practice voluntarily and at your own risk. - You are responsible for listening to your body and modifying movements as needed. - You have consulted a healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns, or you have chosen to participate without such consultation. - The instructor is not a medical professional and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. We are not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages arising from participation in any Services. 4. In‑Person Class Policies Participants agree to: - Follow instructor guidance and safety instructions. - Use equipment safely and appropriately. - Arrive on time and respect the shared space and other participants. - Notify the instructor of any relevant injuries or limitations. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who poses a safety risk or disrupts the class environment. 5. Booking, Payments, Cancellations & No‑Shows 5.1 Booking & Payment - All bookings must be made through our designated system or approved method. - Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. 5.2 Cancellations - Cancellations must be made no later than 2 hours before class. - Late cancellations result in the loss of class credit. - Repeated late cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges. 5.3 No‑Shows - Failure to attend a booked class without canceling is considered a no‑show. - No‑shows result in the automatic loss of the class credit. - No‑shows are not eligible for refunds, transfers, or make‑ups. 5.4 Use‑It‑or‑Lose‑It Packages - Class packages with expiration dates must be used within the stated timeframe. - Unused classes do not roll over and are nonrefundable.
