Energy Breath Yoga
Ixchel Yoga's signature style. Intuitive teaching depending on class participants that combines a mix of styles with 10 minutes minimum breath work. Energy focused, YOU centered yoga with zero intimidation. Playful classes that help you align body, mind and spirit. Modifications offered to decrease or increase difficulty. For this class you will need to be able to get up and down onto your mat and back up again. Level 0+

Strong Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A flow of poses that will make you sweat. Raise your heartrate, strengthen your muscles, and challenge your balance. Modifications are offered to raise or lower intensity. For this class, you will need to be able to get down onto your mat and back up again, repetitively. Level 1+
