Are you looking for ways to reduce stress and anxiety and achieve a greater sense of balance and well-being? Join this "Love Thyself" focused class and learn how conscious breathing techniques can help promote relaxation. Explore Vinyasa (flow), Yin, and gentle forms of yoga to enhance your strength, balance, and flexibility, as well as improve your range of motion. You'll also gain a basic understanding of your energy centers and meditation. This class is perfect for enthusiastic beginners to advanced. Class will involve getting up and down on your mat. Modifications are offered to increase or decrease intensity. Come and develop your intrinsic tools and nurture your physical, mental, and emotional health, asap! Book and pay in person, over the phone, or online through the Rec Center. $5 resident/$8 non-resident. 512-930-3596
