Energy Breath Yoga class consists of breathwork and a mix of Vinyasa, Functional, Yin, Hatha, Power Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles of yoga that builds strength, increases joint mobility, and improves balance—physically and beyond. With modifications for all levels, this mind/body/spirit class offers a judgment-free space to move, breathe, and be yourself. Each class begins with at least 10 minutes of conscious breathwork to energize or calm your system, followed by a blend of yoga styles that support strength, mobility, and balance while honoring your unique rhythm. Whether you're new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, you'll be guided with intuitive cues and options to meet you where you are. Expect a full Savasana at the end to integrate your practice and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. Discover self-love, vitality, and inner harmony through Energy Breath Yoga—a dynamic practice designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your authentic self, and move with intention in a judgment-free zone.
