Service Description
Energy Breath Yoga class consists of breathwork and a mix of Vinyasa, Functional, Yin, Hatha, Power Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles of yoga that builds strength, increases joint mobility, and improves balance—physically and beyond. With modifications for all levels, this mind/body/spirit class offers a judgment-free space to move, breathe, and be yourself. Each class begins with at least 10 minutes of conscious breathwork to energize or calm your system, followed by a blend of yoga styles that support strength, mobility, and balance while honoring your unique rhythm. Whether you're new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, you'll be guided with intuitive cues and options to meet you where you are. Expect a full Savasana at the end to integrate your practice and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. Discover self-love, vitality, and inner harmony through Energy Breath Yoga—a dynamic practice designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your authentic self, and move with intention in a judgment-free zone. In‑Person Class Policies Participants agree to: - Follow instructor guidance and safety instructions. - Use equipment safely and appropriately. - Arrive on time and respect the shared space and other participants. - Notify the instructor of any relevant injuries or limitations. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who poses a safety risk or disrupts the class environment. 5. Booking, Payments, Cancellations & No‑Shows 5.1 Booking & Payment - All bookings must be made through our designated system or approved method. - Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. 5.2 Cancellations - Cancellations must be made no later than 2 hours before class. - Late cancellations result in the loss of class credit. - Repeated late cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges. 5.3 No‑Shows - Failure to attend a booked class without canceling is considered a no‑show. - No‑shows result in the automatic loss of the class credit. - No‑shows are not eligible for refunds, transfers, or make‑ups. 5.4 Use‑It‑or‑Lose‑It Packages - Class packages with expiration dates must be used within the stated timeframe. - Unused classes do not roll over and are nonrefundable.
