Service Description

Discover self-love and inner harmony with Energy Breath Yoga—a class designed to help you release stress, deepen your connection to yourself, and embrace authenticity in a fun, welcoming space. Through conscious breathwork (at least 10 minutes per class), you'll learn how to breathe to energize and/or relax your body. We explore Vinyasa (flow), Hatha, and Yin yoga, blending strength, mobility, and balance. Expect a full Savasana at the end to truly soak in the practice. This is a judgment-free zone—move, laugh, and be yourself. Tapping your intuition and spirit, I'll ease you into poses with modifications or take you as far as you want to go. Class is both challenging and accessible for anyone who can get on and off their mat.
