Come join us on Saturdays at 11 am and 2 pm at the Anytime Fitness, Twelve Oaks location in Georgetown (only). Yoga is the perfect complement to your current fitness routine! Submit your opinions, answer our questionnaire: www.https://forms.office.com/r/3WkCiX9K4s JANUARY CLASSES ARE: Beginner Yoga - learn the basics, increase flexibility, gain balance, and the confidence to explore more yoga Strong Vinyasa Flow Yoga - “flow” from pose to pose connecting breath to movement, faster than a slow flow, with more intense poses than Slow Flow Yin for Fascia - for fascia health, posture, physique, joint mobility, it’s not stretching, it’s for when stretching doesn’t seem to work Energy Breath Yoga - intuitive teaching depending on class participants that combines a mix styles with 10 minutes minimum breathwork Functional Yoga - poses performed to condition the body for practical, everyday movements Slow Vinyasa Flow - we “flow” with more time and breaths, less intense poses than Strong Flow

In‑Person Class Policies Participants agree to: - Follow instructor guidance and safety instructions. - Use equipment safely and appropriately. - Arrive on time and respect the shared space and other participants. - Notify the instructor of any relevant injuries or limitations. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who poses a safety risk or disrupts the class environment. 5. Booking, Payments, Cancellations & No‑Shows 5.1 Booking & Payment - All bookings must be made through our designated system or approved method. - Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. 5.2 Cancellations - Cancellations must be made no later than 2 hours before class. - Late cancellations result in the loss of class credit. - Repeated late cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges. 5.3 No‑Shows - Failure to attend a booked class without canceling is considered a no‑show. - No‑shows result in the automatic loss of the class credit. - No‑shows are not eligible for refunds, transfers, or make‑ups. 5.4 Use‑It‑or‑Lose‑It Packages - Class packages with expiration dates must be used within the stated timeframe. - Unused classes do not roll over and are nonrefundable.
