They will explore Vinyasa (flow), Yin, and gentle forms of yoga to enhance their strength, balance, and flexibility, as well as improve their range of motion. Help your employees develop the intrinsic tools that nurture their physical, mental, and emotional health. This class is perfect for beginners and for the experienced. Modifications are offered to increase or decrease intensity. Classes involve getting up and down on your mat.
